All pint pre-orders go through Hotplate during our weekly flavor drops that typically occur Wednesday nights at 7 p.m.
All pints must be picked up at one of the drop’s specific pickup windows. Any pints not picked up during the allotted time slots for that week are forfeit without refund.
Yes, anyone can grab your pints. They would just need to give us your name and order number and they would be good to go.
YES! No matter what time slot you selected at checkout, you can come to any of that week’s designated pickup times.
The times are always listed on the Hotplate drop page and on our weekly Instagram post that shows the flavors for the week. In addition, your pickup reminder texts from Hotplate show the times as well.
